13599. Attacks On Liberty. March 22, 1938. Mutual net. Sustaining. A reply by Frank E. Gannett (famous publisher and radio chain owner) to actions by a congressional committee. Mr. Gannett, speaking as the chairman of "The Committee To Uphold Constitutional Government," felt the committee to be in violation of a citizen's right to protection from unreasonable search and seizure. The speech turns into a criticsm of President Roosevelt's policies and is titled, "Attacks On Liberty." Frank Gannett. 14:31. Audio condition: Excellent. Complete.
