It sounds like Harry Breuer (xylophone), Adrian Rollini (bass sax), Harry Reser (? banjo). The first tune (after the theme, "Pack Up Your Troubles In Your Old Kit Bag") is, "Smile At The Cock-Eyed World." Delightful listening, don't miss the very sincere tenor. Pre-war.
