81328. Closed Circuit. December 16, 1942. Not for broadcast. A transmission (possibly from London) of an unidentified voice, reading a news bulletin at dictation speed for I.N.S. (International News Service). The transmission is for the O.W.I. (Office of War Information). A report for the Associated Press is then read. The bulletins are about the fighting in Tunisia. A U.P. report follows; a fascinating story about a kitchen convoy that gets behind the German lines. It was written by Phil Ochs. Phil Ochs (writer). 11:38. Audio condition: Excellent. Incomplete.
