Ruth Hussey and Pat O'Brien appear in a drama called, "The Barriers Come Down." Bing Crosby sings a bit and appeals for funds. A second playlet titled, "My Name Is Mercy" with Loretta Young, J. Carroll Naish and Pedro de Cordoba is heard. The program is a plea to help starving and homeless European children. The program opening is upcut.
