Despite the implication of the program's name, this is an early evening broadcast. This show sounds very much like the radio program at the opening of the (infamous-but-funny) Jack Benny film, "The Horn Blows At Midnight." The radio show in the movie was sponsored by, "Paradise Coffee." The film was released April 28, 1945. Betty Ellen Morris, Russell Merrit (piano), Johnny Mitchell (organ). 15:40.
